A removable professional griddle/grill gives you even more cooking versatility — use it as a flat griddle for breakfast service or flip it to grill configuration for searing proteins with grill marks. Heavy-duty cast iron grates span the full cooktop for stable, effortless pan movement.
Dual Ovens — 4.2 cu. ft. Main + 2.5 cu. ft. Secondary The 4.2 cu. ft. main oven delivers 10,000 BTU convection and a 6,000 BTU broiler, giving you convection baking and high-heat broiling in one cavity. The secondary 2.5 cu. ft. oven — powered by a 2,800-watt tube burner — serves as a dedicated warming oven, secondary roasting cavity, or independent baking chamber.
