Cooktop — 8 Burners, Up to 20,000 BTU + Removable Griddle/Grill Eight sealed gas burners deliver maximum cooking flexibility: two 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners with simmer function, two 12,000 BTU burners, two 9,000 BTU burners, and two 6,000 BTU burners. A removable professional griddle/grill expands your cooktop options further — use the griddle for pancakes, smash burgers, or eggs, or flip it to the grill side for indoor grill marks on proteins and vegetables. Heavy-duty cast iron grates span the full surface for smooth, stable pan movement.
Dual Ovens — 4.2 cu. ft. Main + 2.5 cu. ft. Secondary The main oven (4.2 cu. ft.) runs a 3,200-watt convection element and a 2,800-watt broiler, giving you the full range of convection baking and high-heat broiling in one cavity. The secondary oven (2.5 cu. ft.) features a dedicated 2,800-watt tube burner — ideal as a warming oven, a dedicated bread oven, or a separate roasting cavity while the main oven handles something else entirely. Blue porcelain oven interiors, dual halogen lighting, and dual-pane door glass are standard in both cavities.
